Address Errors and Reshipping Policy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer:

SPORT FORCE is not responsible for the returned shipment.

Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to customer address errors.

Once the order is returned to our supplier, we may offer a reshipment option as a courtesy.
Because SPORT FORCE covers part of the original shipping cost, a new shipment requires additional production, handling, and shipping expenses. Therefore, customers requesting a reshipment will be responsible for paying a reshipping fee equal to 50% of the original product value.
For example:

Product purchased for $30 → Reshipping fee: $15

Product purchased for $40 → Reshipping fee: $20
Please note that reshipment is offered as a customer service solution and may require the standard processing and delivery time to be completed again.
