REFUND POLICY

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under approved circumstances.

Eligible Refund Situations

  • Product received with a confirmed manufacturing defect.

  • Product unavailable after purchase and unable to be fulfilled.

  • Order canceled before processing begins.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer.

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Customized products.

  • Orders already processed or shipped.

Address Errors

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer:

  • No refund will be issued.

  • The order may be reshipped once returned to our supplier.

  • A $10 reshipping fee will apply.

  • Standard processing and shipping times will apply again.
