Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of many of our products, all sales are considered final unless the item has a manufacturing defect or was shipped incorrectly.
Eligible Cases
We only accept claims for:

Incorrect personalization caused by our team

Incorrect item received

Conditions

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide photos or videos showing the issue.

Items must be unused and unwashed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
