Returns and Exchanges

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of many of our products, all sales are considered final unless the item has a manufacturing defect or was shipped incorrectly.

Eligible Cases

We only accept claims for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect personalization caused by our team

  • Incorrect item received

Conditions

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Items must be unused and unwashed.

Non-Eligible Cases

​

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Customized products without defects

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse
